Order Cancellation and Modification Policy:

Orders can be changed, modified or “cancelled for full refund” until the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it can only be returned or exchanged under certain terms and conditions. Order Cancellation Process:

Orders must be cancelled by sending email to info@IndianHairCompany.com. Your email must have a subject Line with the word “Cancellation”. Additionally, requesting a cancellation must have the following information in your email:

  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Order Amount:
  • Items Purchased:
  • Items to be cancelled from order:
  • Last 4 digits of the credit card used for original purchase:
  • Reasons for Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, as per our order cancellation policy, you will receive an Order Cancellation Confirmation e-mail and your order amount will be refunded in full to the credit card you have used for the purchase. Although we refund the money within 24 hours of cancellation, depending upon the policy of your bank, it may take 3 to 5 days for the refund amount to be credited and available to your account.
